  • Asian sweet potato halves w/Scallion + Ginger + Soy sauce (sub liquid aminos if no soy) +

  • Roasted root vegetable melee (beets, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips)

  • Herbed polenta squares

  • Quinoa “salad” w/cherry tomatoes + cannellini beans + wilted kale + garlic-lemon dressing

  • Faro salad w/roasted sweet potatoes, pepitas, and feta and a dressing of quick pickled shallots and apple cider vinegar

  • Tuscan white beans (stewed in tomatoes, onions, and garlic)

  • Tuscan white beans in pesto

  • Baked Potatoes

  • Hasselback sweet potatoes + parmesan

  • Pappardelle w/lemon + ricotta sauce, asparagus

  • Wild rice pilaf

  • House rosemary focaccia or loaf of local artisanal bread
